promotes gender equality and empowers all women and girls in order to ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making in political, economic, and public life.
The University for Women in Africa
will result in a significant increase in the quality and access to education, a significant reduction in hunger, facilitate achievement of gender equality, several entrepreneurial hubs and incubators will be created by women that will lead to the acquisition of new skills, creation of jobs and wealth leading to the drastic reduction of unemployment.
To produce highly competent and resourceful quality graduates with high moral standards.
The university for Women in Africa shall provide opportunity to all at a ratio of 80% Female and 20% Male students irrespective of race, tribe, religion or political inclination through effective programmes and service delivery based on provision of adequate facilities as well as professionally qualified and competent staff.
This would be achieved in an Information Technology driven environment using blended methods.
